I’m just coming to the end of a long week of meetings and presentations here in Baltimore.
It’s been great to catch up with so many friends on this side of the pond and meet so many new people.
I’ve met marketing experts, copywriting legends and best-selling authors…
And, as ever when I make the trip over here, I’ve been able to learn a ton of new stuff about the cutting edge ideas that are working in the direct response marketing industry right now.
I’ll be sharing a lot of those ideas with you over the next few weeks in my emails, but today I have some very special insight to share with you in a slightly different way.
And the good news is, this isn’t a one off thing… it’s going to be a regular feature I’ll be sharing with AllGoodCopy.com readers on a regular, weekly basis.
You see, each week as part of my work with Agora Financial UK, I broadcast a live copy call that usually features an expert in the industry talking about copywriting, marketing or some other important element of making sales.
Sometimes – for good or bad – it’s just me sharing my own insight.
Each week, though, with that expert, we dig deep for thirty minutes to uncover some insight and advice that listeners can use and apply to their own copywriting and marketing efforts.
Going forward, each week I’ll be posting the latest call on the website for you to listen to.

I can’t stress enough how successful these three writers are and how thankful I am to them all for taking the time to talk to me this week.
These guys have each written long copy promotions that have generated millions and millions of pounds and they are all obscenely respected in the industry.
James ‘Woody’ Woodburn is an old friend who I used to work with in London, but he now heads up Agora Financial in Australia (and is always looking for new writers in Australia if you’re a reader from ‘down under’).
Scott Bardelli has worked with some of the biggest publishers in the US and now writes exclusively for Agora Financial. Last year he wrote one promotion that generated over 35,000 new paid readers for one publication.
And John Forde (or Jack, depending on how you met him) is a legendary copywriter in the industry and one of the first apprentices of Agora’s founders, Bill Bonner and Mark Ford. He now lives and writes copy from his home in Paris.

And as I say, I’ll be sharing this kind of expert level insight with you every week.
This week we recorded the usual thirty minutes, but after that John suggested we keep the tape rolling and there’s some bonus conversation after that too.
