I wanted to share this genius network interview with you as I think there are a lot of very strong insights shared in it.
It’s an interview Joe Polish did with Parris Lampropoulos for Joe’s Genius Network. (www.geniusnetwork.com)
For those who don’t know, Joe Polish is a carpet cleaner turned incredibly intelligent marketer. You should check him out @JoePolish – you’ll learn a lot.
Parris Lampropoulos is a fellow copywriter who’s been working with the famous Boardroom Inc. for many years, and as you’ll hear, he knows a thing or two about copy.
Pay particular attention when Parris talks about curing the common cold as the technique he uses to engage and maintain the reader is very clever and something you should try to do in your own copy.
Naturally, thanks to Joe and Parris for originally putting this together (check out www.geniusnetwork.com for more)…
And thanks to Joe Golfer who originally brought my attention to the video.
I hope you find it as interesting as I did.
In fact, I’d love to get a discussion going about the ideas that Joe and Parris discuss in this video…
So, please comment below with your biggest takeaway from it and we’ll get the ball rolling. I really want this website to become a place where you share your thoughts as much as I share mine.
As I’ve written about many times before, copywriting really is all about coming up with ideas, but coming up with good ones all the time isn’t easy…
That’s why I think sharing thoughts freely and riffing on different interpretations of things like this video is probably a good place to start, right?
So, let me know what you think of their copywriting insights below and kick off the conversation with your biggest takeaway.
Best,
Glenn
